职位说明：Responsibilities
•Execute lease and sales activities for residential projects, including provide advice to clients and negotiate with clients;
•Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database;
•Coordinate with internal and external parties for property transactions;
•Provide market research and regular updates on recent developments in the local residential lease market;
•Provide high quality pre-leasing and post-leasing services to clients; and
•Report to managers in day-to-day operations.
Requirements
•Degree or diploma holder in any discipline;
•Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin;
•Strong understanding and interest in real estate;
•Highly disciplined and proactive with an appetite for challenges;
•Strong communication and presentation skills;
